Eileen Burkholder, is a Certified Kitchen Designer since 1997 and owner of Burkholder Kitchen and Bath Design. She has over 20 years of experience in designing kitchens and baths.  The first 12 years of her design work was in Minneapolis, MN.  Eileen then opened her design studio in the Black Hills of South Dakota in 2002.

Burkholder Kitchen and Bath Design provides full service to the client for a complete design that enhances the home in style and function.  Full sets of plans include floor plans, elevations, molding details where needed and electrical plans. Selection of cabinetry style and finishes, appliances and countertops are the main components.  Selection of finishing details include tile, lighting, flooring and hardware. 

Supporting local businesses is important to Burkholder Kitchen and Bath Design.  “I have hand picked a team of local contractors, suppliers, cabinetmakers and artisans that reflect the high quality of product and service that I believe my clients deserve.  Beyond these resources are also the unique design elements that are  incorporated to reflect my clients’ personalities and lifestyle.

My goal is to create beautifully personalized kitchens and baths  by combining  my knowledge, experience and exciting design elements with my clients desires.  I follow a process of listening, educating and offering design solutions that are client focused and result in client satisfaction. Throughout the process of transforming their home we develop a close working relationship.  Together we are creating “Dream Inspired Designs”.
